With 29 minutes til closing, I realized I had a super low tire and called the closest place to me. They said come on so I came on in and they got me fixed up with a minute to spare. Thank y’all so much! Fast, friendly, and super affordable.

After bad experiences with two other automotive businesses, I decided to use Luyet Automotive in Conway to replace the rear brakes and rotors on my 2011 Ford truck. I am so happy that I did. After talking with Elizabeth early one morning about what I was needing, I immediately felt like this was the place I needed to trust to work on my truck. They found an additional issue with my truck before the brakes were done and they quickly resolved that problem. I will be letting my family, friends and co-workers at UCA know how pleased I am to have finally found the place I plan on using for my automotive needs in the future. From a different repair shop, I was told my car was leaking oil due to a cracked cam shaft. Not knowing anything about cars, I felt kinda silly not knowing what to tell them besides what I was told. They were super respectful and tried their best to troubleshoot the problem with me. Luyet Automotive offered to do a diagnostic test to see where my car was leaking oil and got an appointment for the next day. They were able to tell me what was wrong and, because of a specific tool that only a select handful of cars used, they could not complete the repair. They gave me explicit details on what to tell the dealership and even sent me the picture of what it was. I’d definitely go back to them for future repairs. They were kind and helpful.

We have all of our vehicles worked on at Luyet. They are 100% loyal and trustworthy to inspect and do the right repairs for your car or truck. I’ve referred multiple people there and they always come back to say the same! We stopped going to the dealership and put our trust in the right place ! Luyet Rocks!

I called and spoke with Elizabeth Monday morning after being referred to this shop. I live 3 hours away and my daughter is in college in Conway. She started having electrical issues while driving her 2015 VW Beetle and sent me pictures with the entire dash lit up like a Christmas tree with lights!! I explained my situation being 3 hours away and was assured they would take a good look at the car to make it safe for my daughter. By 4 in the afternoon I received a text throughly explaining the issue that was found and what was done to fix her car and get her back on the road safely!! The customer service was top notch and I never one time felt I was being take advantage of and they would make sure the vehicle wa safe before letting her drive off. My daughter will be in school for the next 4 years away from home and I will 100% use this company for any future repair issues while she is away from me. Thank you all again for being kind, professional, and taking care of my daughter! Would recommend 100%
